At this year’s Pack & Gift trade fair in Paris (15 and 16 June) you can find out more about our two new products, FibreForm® and EcoLine. Both products successfully marry point of sale attraction with sustainability and are our response to consumers’ expectations for sustainable yet attractive packaging.
Laminated FibreForm® is a food approved solid bleached board with extremely high tensile stretch and tearing resistance. These properties allow for unusually deep 3D embossing (2 to 3 times the board thickness), which until recently was unheard of in the field of cartonboard. The base paper for this FSC certified product originates from BillerudKorsnäs.
The recycled paperboard EcoLine (ranging from 90gsm to 440gsm) is used in graphical and packaging applications and is available in brown or grey. EcoLine and its laminated version EcoLine Duo are already an integral part of the product range of many paper merchants throughout Western Europe, Russia and North America. This reflects the trend towards sustainable products, which are now increasingly used in premium packaging for luxury goods.
